GOAL

Fakir Hausgeräte, an electric home appliances manufacturer, wanted to increase its sales that had decreased during the summer season due to seasonality on their e-commerce website. They aimed to provide their visitors with the products they needed to improve their user experience.

SOLUTION

A continuously running retargeting campaign was designed using Adform Product Retargeting DCO technology. An artificial intelligence algorithm scored the products that were most viewed by site visitors, and products with a high score for each visitor were displayed. Afterwards, visitors were shown other products in the category of high-scoring products.

As the products that will be presented to the user were determined by Adform's artificial intelligence, data such as product name, price, and image were automatically transferred to the creative from the brand's site XML feed.

RESULTS
  • During the campaign period, approximately 3.5 times higher ROI (return on investment) and 4.5 times more conversions were achieved compared to the average of all retargeting campaigns carried out for Fakir.
  • In just 3 business days, 4,000+ creative versions were automatically managed with dynamic creatives prepared in 12 sizes. Dynamic changes such as price changes and adding new products were automatically reflected in the creatives, minimizing human error.
